2. Not medical advice

Charts, statistics and AI explanations describe patterns in what you logged. They may be incomplete, mistaken or coincidental and are not proof that anything causes your symptoms. Starter lists are tracking examples, not medical recommendations. Medication entries record what you enter; they do not calculate or recommend a dose.

Check with a doctor or another qualified clinician before making medical decisions or changing diet, medication or treatment. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of an app result. The app does not monitor emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Triggerwise, including its tracking and AI features. If the age of legal majority where you live is higher, you must also have any permission required to enter this agreement. Triggerwise is not intended for children or teenagers under 18.

4. Your records and privacy

Your records belong to you. The health database is stored on your iPhone. Optional AI requests, purchases, support messages and device backups are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

• We cannot recover your local records if your phone is lost, reset or replaced, or if you delete the app or use Delete all data. Keep any backups or exports you need.
• You choose where exported files go and are responsible for the copies you share.
• Keep your phone secure and avoid including unnecessary identifying information in notes, labels or AI questions.

5. AI analysis and allowances

In-app analysis is optional and generated by an AI system, not a clinician. After your explicit consent, one condition's data passes through our Cloudflare server to Anthropic's API. Follow-ups resend the original snapshot and conversation. Turning notes off does not exclude text you type into a question. The Privacy Policy explains processing, retention and how to stop further sharing.

Statistics are computed from your logs on the phone; the model writes the explanations. Results can be wrong and should be treated as questions to discuss with a clinician.

• Free: one findings report per installation, with two follow-up questions. This does not enroll you in a subscription.
• Eligible annual trial: up to three new analyses during the seven-day trial, with up to ten questions per report.
• Paid subscription: ten new analyses per UTC calendar month, with up to ten questions per report. Unused analyses do not roll over. The allowance resets by calendar month, not on your billing anniversary; restoring the same subscription does not create another allowance.

Initial results without sufficient data do not consume a new-analysis allowance. Failed model attempts are normally released, but an interrupted request or lost response can still use an allowance. Additional abuse-prevention limits apply. Internet access and successful Apple device verification are required for in-app AI analysis.

Reading a saved report stays available without a subscription. Continuing paid-report conversations requires active access; the free report includes its two questions. Conversation permissions expire after one year and can expire earlier as newer reports replace older server permissions. If a conversation can no longer continue, you can request a new analysis using your available allowance.

The service depends on outside providers and may be interrupted or changed. If a material paid feature is withdrawn, applicable consumer rights and Apple's refund process still apply. Your stored records and exports remain accessible.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

Triggerwise is free to download. Triggerwise Pro adds the AI allowance described above, additional conditions for logging, and 3-month and All chart views. Current US prices are $5.99 per month or $34.99 per year, billed annually upfront. Apple's purchase screen shows the applicable local price, billing period and introductory eligibility before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, unless an eligible free trial applies.
• A subscription automatically renews for its billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends at the applicable renewal price.
• If offered by Apple, the annual plan's seven-day introductory trial converts to a paid annual subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Eligibility is determined by Apple; not everyone qualifies.
• Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscriptions. Paid access generally continues through the paid period after cancellation; cancelling a free trial may end trial access immediately.
• Deleting app data or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase with the same Apple Account.
• Request refunds through Apple's refund process, subject to Apple's policies and applicable law. Price changes follow Apple's notice and consent requirements.

After a subscription ends, existing history, edits, saved reports and full exports remain available. Choose one existing condition for new logging; additional conditions for new logging and wider chart views require Pro. Records are not deleted when a subscription ends.

7. Acceptable use

Do not bypass subscription checks, device verification or usage limits; send automated or abusive requests to the analysis service; or use the service unlawfully. The app license and restrictions on copying or reverse engineering are governed by the Standard EULA, subject to applicable law.

8. Availability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the website and analysis service are provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted access or complete or accurate results. Reminders may not arrive and must not be relied on for time-critical care.

The Standard EULA governs app warranties and liability. Nothing in these service terms excludes liability or removes consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable rights to remedies or refunds.

You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend analysis access for misuse or a breach of these terms. This does not cancel your Apple subscription automatically or remove access to your local records and exports.
